Business Visa/Invitation

I Service Object:

Suitable for Foreigners invited procurement, trade negotiations, business visits and other business activities.

II Service Events:

• 1.Opening foreign system, assist foreigners to online reporting information ;
• 2.Assist written application report;
• 3.Submit paper materials, to collect the "Invite confirmation" and "person- list invited"

III Information to be provided:

• 1.The original and copy of business license copy;
• 2.The original and copy of state tax clearance certificates last year ;
• 3.The copy of foreigners valid passport, must contain a clearly visible photo, name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport expiration date of the relevant information, the passport must be valid for the remaining six months or more ;
• 4.Foreigners who came to China before must provide a copy of the recent clear visa pages;
• 5.Provided the proof of dispatch of immigration applicant's company;
• 6.Provide direct business dealings with the invitation units and invited units, a legally binding document (Such as China customs declaration, shipping bill of lading, Chinese domestic banks and bank credit payments received paper and other legal effect material).

P.S.: First contacts with foreign companies which unable to provide the above materials,required to provide the business registration of the unit immigration applicants worked abroad，tax registration information, office space photos, a copy of the registration records of their work units in their national public phone book (yellow pages), and the working prove of immigration applicants.
