Alien Employment and Residence
The legislative authorities for foreigners’ handling employment and a residence permit procedures:
on the basis of “the entry-exit for foreigners the People's Republic of China” and “the administrative regulations for foreigners’employment in China”. Any foreigner who has got a job in Chian must acquire the employment and residence’s permit according to law. Those illegals were liable to be fined 1000RMB -10000RMB or be detained 3-10days.
Residence Permit
Any foreigner applying for residence permit for job in Shenzhen shall meet the following conditions:
Foreigners who hold R, Z visa to enter into China and intend to apply for Residence Permit for Job;
Foreigners who hold visa other than Z visa to enter into China but they are satisfied with requirement of high-level talents under this instruction and intend to apply for Residence Permit for Job;
Foreign Expert Certificate
For "Engaging foreign experts Unit Qualification Certificate " Materials needed:
- Application Form for Employment of Foreign Experts Accreditation;
- Corporation Certificate;
- Foreign experts management system, foreign experts safety system and Working system of employing unit for foreign affairs staff;
- Business license or certificate.
Business Invitation
Information to be provided:
- The original and copy of business license copy;
- The original and copy of state tax clearance certificates last year ;
- The copy of foreigners valid passport, must contain a clearly visible photo, name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, passport expiration date of the relevant information, the passport must be valid for the remaining six months or more ;
- Foreigners who came to China before must provide a copy of the recent clear visa pages;
- Provided the proof of dispatch of immigration applicant's company;
- Provide direct business dealings with the invitation units and invited units, a legally binding document (Such as China customs declaration, shipping bill of lading, Chinese domestic banks and bank credit payments received paper and other legal effect material).
